Tourist tax
Persons aged 14 years and over will have to pay a tourist tax of € 2,50 per person per day. This fee is not included in the total price of your stay: it is only payable on departure.

Final cleaning: € 45.

Pets: on request
7-10 € per day (food not included)

Reservations and bookings

Payment
Cash (up to a maximum of € 2.999.00), check or bank transfer (it is not possible to pay by debit or credit card)

Arrival and departure
The apartment will be ready at 2 p.m. on the day of arrival, on the day of departure we kindly ask you to leave the apartment at 10 a.m. We need this time frame to clean the apartments for the arriving guests.

Cancellazione
Notification pursuant to Part III, Section III, Paragraph I of Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumers' Code).
There is not provided a right to withdraw from the contract in accordance with the Italian consumer protection law (d.lgs. 206/2005) - yet we allow you to withdrawn from the contract under the following conditions: Up to 50 days prior to arrival cancellations and changes to your booking are possible free of charge. Up to 7 days prior to arrival we charge 60% of the total booking amount, within the final week before arrival we charge 80% of the total. In case of sudden early departure or late arrival or no-show we charge 100% of the booking amount. Errors and changes excepted.
